Lead Restoration Projects as a Construction Project Manager at Clean Image Services!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while exceeding customer expectations.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to manage their expectations throughout the restoration process.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and quality standards.
- Oversee the ordering of materials, maintaining an efficient supply chain to support project needs.
- Provide project summaries and reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
- Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure the seamless completion of restoration work.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the restoration industry, demonstrating your ability to successfully lead restoration projects.
- Estimating experience is a strong plus, showcasing your ability to accurately assess project costs and requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM software, with experience in Dash being advantageous.
- Proficiency in Xactimate is a significant advantage, as it streamlines the estimating process.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, essential for managing project teams, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
